Shipping Policy

At BunnySelect, each order is carefully prepared before shipment to make sure your bunny’s items arrive safely and in good condition.

Order Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared and ready to ship within 2 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping to the United States
For US customers, estimated delivery time is usually 10 to 12 business days after the order has been shipped.

International Shipping
For customers outside the United States, estimated delivery time is usually 8 to 10 business days after the order has been shipped. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local delivery services.

Shipping Updates
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply in their country or region.

Delays
While we do our best to ship orders on time, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to customs, weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
