Shipping Policy

Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Delivery

  • United States: 10–12 business days after shipment
  • Canada: 8–10 business days after shipment
  • United Kingdom: 8–10 business days after shipment
  • Australia: 8–10 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, holidays, local carriers, or other circumstances outside our control.

Currency

BunnySelect’s base currency is USD. At checkout, eligible international orders are converted into CAD for Canada, GBP for the United Kingdom, or AUD for Australia. The final exchange rate and order total are calculated by Shopify or the payment provider at checkout. Your bank may charge additional conversion fees.

Shipping Charges and Tracking

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Remote locations may require an additional fee; we will contact you before shipping if this applies. Tracking information will be emailed when available.

Duties and Taxes

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local fees unless checkout clearly states that they have already been collected.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, contact cs@bunnyselect.com with your order number.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible because processing may have started.

Returns

United States, Canada, and other markets: Items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

United Kingdom and Australia: Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair, and returned with their original packaging and tags. Customers are responsible for return shipping and original shipping charges are non-refundable when the return is not due to a product-quality or fulfillment issue.
