Ordering & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually prepared within 2 to 3 business days. For US customers, estimated delivery time is usually 10 to 12 business days after shipment. For customers outside the United States, estimated delivery time is usually 8 to 10 business days after shipment. Delivery timing may vary due to customs, holidays, carrier delays, or local delivery services. You will receive tracking information by email when available.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we prepare orders quickly, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Please double-check your cart and shipping address before checking out.

Sizing & Fit

What if the outfit doesn't fit my bunny?

To maintain the highest hygiene standards for all our furry friends, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort.

How do I know if the outfit is too tight?

A good rule of thumb is the two-finger rule: you should be able to comfortably fit two fingers between the fabric and your bunny's body.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We only accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please check our Return & Refund page for full details.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

We are so sorry. Please email us at cs@bunnyselect.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Please wait for instructions from our team before sending anything back.

Care & Safety

How do I wash Bunny Select clothes?

To keep the colors vibrant and the fabric soft, we recommend hand washing in cold water with pet-safe detergent and air drying. Do not use bleach or tumble dry.

Should I leave my bunny unattended while wearing clothes?

For your pet's safety, please supervise your bunny at all times while they are wearing fashion accessories, harnesses, collars, or outfits. Remove the item if your bunny shows signs of stress or discomfort.
