Ordering & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
-We process orders within 2–3 business days. Shipping across the US typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your bunny fashion is on its way!
Can I change or cancel my order?
-Because we aim to ship orders as fast as possible, we can only accept cancellations within 24hours of purchase. Please double-check your cart and shipping address before checking out!
Sizing & Fit
What if the outfit doesn't fit my bunny?
To maintain the highest hygiene standards for all our furry friends, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please refer to our [Size Guide] before purchasing. If you are between sizes, we always recommend choosing the larger size for comfort.
How do I know if the outfit is too tight?
A good rule of thumb is the "two-finger rule": you should be able to comfortably fit two fingers between the fabric and your bunny’s body.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
-All sales are Final Sale. We only accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item has a genuine manufacturing defect. Items must be unworn with original tags attached. Please check our Return & Refund page for full details.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
-We are so sorry! Please email us at cs@bunnyselect.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. Do not ship the item back until you receive specific instructions from our team.
Care & Safety
How do I wash Bunny Select clothes?
To keep the colors vibrant and the fabric soft, we recommend hand washing in cold water with pet-safe detergent and air drying. Do not use bleach or tumble dry.
Should I leave my bunny unattended while wearing clothes?
For your pet's safety, we recommend supervising your bunny at all times while they are wearing fashion accessories or outfits.
