Shipping Information
At BunnySelect, each order is carefully prepared before shipment so your bunny’s items arrive safely and in good condition.
Free shipping products
Products labeled Free Shipping receive free standard shipping to every market where BunnySelect currently ships. No discount code is required. You can browse all qualifying items in our Free Shipping collection.
Bulky products
Bulky items do not qualify for free shipping and have a preset, product-specific shipping fee. The same fee applies across all of our active markets and does not change by country. Enter your postal code during checkout to see the applicable shipping amount before payment.
If your cart includes both free-shipping products and bulky products, any shipping charge shown at checkout applies to the bulky items.
How to identify an item’s shipping status
- Qualifying products are included in the Free Shipping collection and can be found using the Free Shipping filter.
- Products that require a shipping fee display a shipping note near the purchase area on the product page.
Order processing time
Orders are usually prepared and ready to ship within 2 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Made-to-order products may display a different processing time on their product page.
Estimated delivery time
- United States: Usually 10 to 12 business days after shipment.
- Other active markets: Usually 8 to 10 business days after shipment.
Actual delivery time may vary because of customs processing, local delivery services, weather, carrier delays, or holidays.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply in their country or region.
Delays or delivery issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, contact us at cs@bunnyselect.com so we can help review the issue.
Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order may already be in processing. To request cancellation, contact cs@bunnyselect.com.
