Shipping Policy

At BunnySelect, each order is carefully prepared before shipment to make sure your bunny's items arrive safely and in good condition.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared and ready to ship within 2 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping to the United States

For US customers, estimated delivery time is usually 10 to 12 business days after shipment.

International Shipping

For customers outside the United States, estimated delivery time is usually 8 to 10 business days after shipment. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local delivery services.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply in their country or region.

Delays or Delivery Issues

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to customs, weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at cs@bunnyselect.com so we can help review the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order may already be in processing. To request cancellation, please contact cs@bunnyselect.com.
