Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Bunny Select! We work hard to get our high-fashion pieces to your doorstep as efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping terms carefully.

1. Processing & Shipping Time

To ensure the quality of every item, our standard shipping time is approximately 10 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) within the United States.

Please note that "Processing Time" is separate from "Shipping Time."

Total delivery time is an estimate and not a guarantee. Bunny Select is not responsible for delays caused by carrier backups, weather, or incorrect address entry.

2. Order Cancellations

We understand that mistakes happen. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase—no questions asked.

After 24 Hours: Once an order passes the 24-hour mark, it enters our fulfillment process. To request a cancellation after this window, you must email us at contact@bunnyselect.com.

Please Note: If your order has already been processed or packaged by our logistics team, a cancellation may no longer be possible. A refund will only be processed once our team confirms the order has been successfully halted.

3. Tracking Your Order

We make it easy to see where your package is! You do not need to email us for updates. Simply:

Visit the [Track Your Order] link on our website header/footer.

Log in to your account using the email address used at checkout.

View your real-time status and carrier tracking number.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Bunny Select is responsible for your order up until it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

We are not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an "Undeliverable Address" provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
