At BunnySelect, we care about product quality, pet comfort, and hygiene. Because our items are specialized pet apparel and pet-use accessories, please review sizing and product details carefully before placing an order.
Return Window
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cs@bunnyselect.com.
Final Sale Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- change of mind
- incorrect size selection
- items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or covered in pet hair
- items without original packaging or tags
- custom or personalized items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If there is a quality issue or you received the wrong item, please email us with:
- your order number
- clear photos or videos of the issue
- a short description of the problem
Please wait for our approval before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For approved returns related to confirmed product defects or incorrect items, BunnySelect will provide return or replacement instructions. For any other approved return case, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
Refunds
Once your return or refund request is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
