Return & Refund Policy
At Bunny Select, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Because our items are specialized pet apparel, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the hygiene and safety of all our animal customers.
1. Final Sale Policy
All sales are considered final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind," incorrect size selection, or if your pet does not like the item. Please consult our size guides carefully before making a purchase.
2. Limited 7-Day Quality Guarantee
We only offer returns or refunds in the event of a manufacturing quality issue.
Timeframe: You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Condition: The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all original tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, or are covered in pet hair will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To be eligible for a refund or replacement due to a quality defect, you must follow these exact steps:
Email Us: Send an email to cs@bunnyselect.com before taking any other action.
Provide Proof: Include your order number and clear photos/videos demonstrating the quality issue.
Wait for Approval: Do not ship items back to the "sender" address on the package. Returns will only be processed if they are pre-approved by our customer service team.
Follow Instructions: Once approved, we will provide you with specific shipping instructions. Returns that do not follow our provided instructions will be rejected and no refund will be issued.
4. Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise stated by our team, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Note: Bunny Select reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the criteria outlined above. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
